Clients to Receive New Disclosure Document With Policy Bundles

Starting March 3, 2023, producers will need to provide an Outline of Coverage to their New Mexico clients when they deliver their policies. This change affects Platinum Advantage fully underwritten and GSI policies.

The Outline of Coverage is part of the policy bundle delivered to the policyowner. This bundle also includes the Privacy Notice and Guaranty Association Notice, all required for deliver to policyowner.
