Updated Process for California Clients Over 65
Starting July 1, 2024, you must complete, sign and return our forms for California clients ages 65 and older. Make sure you know which form you need.
- In-Home Presentation
- The producer and anyone present ages 65 and older need to complete, sign and return our Notice to California Residents 65 Years of Age and Older In-Home Insurance Presentation form 11497.
- No In-Home Presentation
- The producer needs to complete, sign and return our Instructions for Notice to California Residents 65 Years of Age and Older In-Home Insurance Presentation form 24051. This form is a new requirement.
Here’s how to find the forms:
- Start at standard.com/annuities.
- Select your distributor in the left-side drop-down menu. Or select “Not affiliated with a distributor or distributor not listed.”
- Choose “Find Forms and Materials.”
- Select the product you are selling and “Get PDF Forms Package.” The California In-Home Presentation forms will show up in the list. Have questions?
