Fora Health, formerly known as De Paul Treatment Centers, is one of Oregon’s oldest, largest and most respected non-profit treatment centers providing treatment for alcohol and drug addictions and co-occurring mental health disorders. In our nearly 50-year history, we have helped more than 40,000 individuals change their relationship to drugs and alcohol, helping to save lives.
