A fundamentally different process

Since preferences, needs and circumstances can differ significantly from firm to firm, flexibility is a critical issue to plan sponsors. The Standard allows plan sponsors to choose from two administrative service options:

The Standard has a proud tradition of delivering excellent products and services to its retirement plan clients since the 1930s.

Regardless of the service option selected, The Standard believes that the key to meeting the needs of the plan sponsor and ensuring participant satisfaction is how we handle participant data. That's why The Standard uses a fundamentally different process to collect data on plan participants. With each payroll, we receive and maintain data on all employees, whether or not they are currently eligible to participate. With this process we can head off many administration problems before they occur. The result is better, more timely service and fewer administrative headaches for both the employer and participants.

Our clients also enjoy access to The Standard's outstanding investment options and comprehensive participant services. And The Standard's pension professionals will lend their experience to finding the right retirement plan and service options for your firm.

Contact your insurance broker or your local Retirement Plans Sales Office for more information about any of The Standard's retirement plan offerings.
