data provided to Standard Insurance Company as of the prior business
day. The accuracy of this information is essential to properly administer
your retirement plan. Critical plan activities, such as generating participant
statements and trust reports, preparing Form 5500 and compliance testing,
are based on this information. If any information is inaccurate, you
should report corrections to The Standard as soon as possible (generally
using PDM—Participant Data Management).
