What We Are Doing
The Standard uses stringent criteria in our fund selection and monitoring process to ensure that only quality investments are available for your plan.
We review all funds on our approved list every quarter as a part of our ongoing monitoring program. Our fund selection process is extensive. It includes a review of the long-term performance of each fund relative to its peer group – through both up and down markets. Our criteria favor funds that achieve dependable, long-term performance as the result of a well-established management team using a consistent investment style and process.
We have an ongoing monitoring program that reviews each fund's performance relative to stated monitoring criteria: evaluating performance, allocation, diversification, and manager tenure. We also provide guidance and recommendations when funds are not meeting our standards.
