PDT's group Life insurance program, the foundation of an employee benefits package, helps employees protect their families from financial hardship in the event of death. The addition of Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance provides an even higher level of protection in the event of a covered death or dismemberment as a result of an accident.

Plan B - Benefits at a Glance
Life -- 1 times, 1.5 times or 2 times annual earnings to a maximum of $150,000. The minimum amount is $10,000. Spouse - $10,000 to a maximum of $30,000 of coverage
Child(ren) - $5,000
Reduces by 35 percent at age 65, 50 percent at age 70, 65 percent at age 75. Determined by employer
