New Disclosures Ready For Immediate Use
New product disclosures are now available for The Standard's:
- Secured Rate Annuity
- Principal Growth Annuity
- Flexible Premium Deferred Annuity
- Immediate annuities
The new disclosure forms require you and your client to sign the forms, and to submit the original signed copies together with the application. The signatures act to show that your client understands the product you are recommending and believes it meets his/her needs. We will allow a 60-day grace period; however, we encourage you to start using these disclosures at the point of sale immediately.
