Holiday Schedule at The Standard
We know how important it is for you and your clients to plan for the end for the year. Following is a timeline for processing annuity requests. We have always been able to stand behind our promises and plan on doing so this year.
Holiday schedule
The Standard will be closed the following days during this year’s holiday season.
- November 26 and 27, 2009, for Thanksgiving
- December 24 and 25, 2009, for Christmas
- January 1, 2010, for New Year’s Day
Distributions by December 18
- All distribution requests received at the home office complete and without any additional requirements by December 18 will be completed by December 31.
- All requests received after December 18 will be processed with the intent of completion by December 31; however, we cannot provide the same guarantee.
- Distribution forms are available online.
New Business by December 28
- All deferred and immediate annuity applications received at the home office complete, including premium and without any additional requirements, by December 28 will be issued by December 31.
- Applications and pending requirements that are met by December 28 will be issued by December 31.
