New Convenience for your customers and one less piece of paper for you
|

The One-Time Debit Authorization you are already using, and which has been reserved for use at the time of policy delivery, is now combined with the EFT Authorization. With the combined authorization form, your customers can now:
- authorize one-time payments for initial premiums (and other one time payments);
- establish a recurring EFT premium payment;
- pay for a requested and approved policy change;
- pay premium due on a lapsed policy when time is critical.
This new one-page form, 1804IDI, has been inserted into the IDI application packets for all states. It is also available separately at www.standard.com/di under Forms/Policy Administration Forms.
