| With easier access to information about The Standard's offerings and services, when The Standard launches its new website in the next week or so, visitors to The Standard's home page at www.standard.com will be greeted by the view below: | |

| Visitors will have the option to view content customized for Financial Professionals, Employers, and Individuals. These options appear at the top right of each webpage, as shown below. The default view is for Individuals (consumers). | |

| The producer IDI web address remains the same | |
| Most of the content that currently exists on The Standard's producer IDI website will remain at the existing internet address of www.standard.com/di, so if you have bookmarked the existing IDI producer webpage address there is no need to change it. It will automatically take you to the Financial Professionals IDI webpages. | |
