The Department of Labor (DOL) requires that all Form 5500 filings be signed and submitted electronically. We are here to assist you with the process and make this requirement as seamless as possible for you.
In order to sign the form online, you will need to obtain a "Filing Signer" PIN from the DOL. You cannot ask someone to get this PIN on your behalf. To get your PIN, you have to register on the DOL's website. Once you have your PIN and you have heard from us that your documents are ready, you can continue on to sign your form.
